La Neta is responsible for the personal data collected through this site. You can reach us about your data at privacy@laneta.com. If you signed up as a creator with ELEVN (onboarding.elevn.me), the ELEVN privacy notice applies instead.
What we collect when you send the form
We collect what you type into this site's two forms. In "Write to us" (the contact page): your name, your work email, your company or brand, and your message. In the case-study request (the cases page): your full name, your work email, your company and your industry. We don't ask for anything else.
What travels with your submission
Alongside your answers we record how you reached this site: the utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_content and utm_term parameters of the link you followed; the Google (gclid) and Meta (fbclid) click identifiers, when the link you followed carried them; the address of the site that referred you (referrer), without its query string; and the page you landed on (landing_page). If your first visit to this site was a different one from the one where you submitted, we also record that first visit's utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign and landing page, labeled as first_utm_source, first_utm_medium, first_utm_campaign and first_landing_page.
What we use it for
To answer your message or send you the cases you asked for, to hold the meeting you book with us, and to measure which campaigns bring requests in. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it to send you marketing unrelated to your request.
Where it goes
Your information is sent to our CRM, hosted on Supabase, where it is stored as a company record together with your contact details. From there, your contact and company details are also copied to HubSpot, the sales system our team uses to follow up with you. When you book a meeting, what you enter in the scheduler goes directly to HubSpot (see "Booking a meeting").
Third-party services this page loads
On every page: Google Tag Manager, which loads the measurement tools; Google Fonts, for typography; Google Analytics 4, to measure visits and how the site is used; Google Ads, to measure which ads bring visits and requests; Smartlook, which records anonymous sessions (clicks, scrolling and mouse movement on the page, not what you type in the form) to see where the site is hard to use; the Meta pixel and the LinkedIn Insight Tag, to measure our campaigns on those networks and show ads to people who visited the site; and HubSpot's tracking code and Snitcher, to know which companies visit us (see "How we identify the companies that visit us"). Each of them receives at least your IP address and browser information by the fact of the page loading, and several set their own cookies. On the "Book your meeting" page, HubSpot's meeting scheduler also loads — see "Booking a meeting".
Booking a meeting
Meetings are booked on their own page ("Book your meeting"), through a HubSpot scheduler served from meet.laneta.com that appears as soon as that page opens. We don't pass it any data: you pick a date and time, and then enter in the scheduler the details it asks for (such as your name, company and email). HubSpot receives what you enter there and sets its own cookies in your browser, independent of ours; confirming the meeting and the calendar invite are handled by HubSpot, under its own privacy policy, and the meeting is recorded in HubSpot.
How we identify the companies that visit us
When you visit this site, HubSpot's tracking code and Snitcher receive your IP address, the pages you view, when and how many times. From the IP address we identify the company or organization you are browsing from — not your name or your email — and its public information (name, domain, industry, size, country). We use it to know which companies are interested in our services and, where relevant, to contact that company through business channels. We do not use this data to identify you as a person. HubSpot sets its own cookies (for example hubspotutk, __hstc and __hssc) to count visits. You can object by writing to privacy@laneta.com, or by blocking cookies and trackers in your browser.
What is stored in your browser, and what leaves it
Attribution is kept under laneta_attrib_last in your browser's sessionStorage and laneta_attrib_first in localStorage, and it leaves your device when you submit the form — it travels with your lead, as described above. Your language choice is kept in localStorage under laneta:lang, and it stays on your device: it is never sent anywhere.
How long we keep it
The retention period is pending definition.
Transfers
The providers named in this notice (Supabase, Google, Meta, LinkedIn, HubSpot, Smartlook and Snitcher) may process your data outside Mexico, mainly in the United States and the European Union, to provide the measurement, company identification, scheduling and storage services described above. The jurisdiction our CRM operates under and the legal basis for each transfer are pending legal review.
Your rights
You can ask us what data we hold about you, have it corrected, have it deleted, or object to our using it. Write to privacy@laneta.com and we will answer you.
